Hey guys. I need help (NO not professional medical help) I have deliberatly wiped out most of this photo as I wish to do a surprise build away from my usual modeling area. It is still a truck but of great war vintage (WW1) Here is the pic.

now I think it is a Ford Model T but am I right? If not what is it please?

who out there does a kit I can convert preferably in 1/24 or 1/25 but any scale but braille will do?

Thanks in advance folks.

I have just looked at a range of pics of different Ford T trucks of that era and the radiator and hood louvres are different to the Model T

Howdy 'Roo,

Man.......I really wish I could help ya Sir! In fact, I've been trying to get in touch with one of my 'previous lives', but, no luck!

I'd send you to 'Roo's Archive's.....but you've already been there!

Wish I had it for Cliff!

It's the Model T.

RPM Models makes a 1/35th kit. PvtParts made one a little while ago.

Does look like the "T" Roo...They were the main supplier of most all trucks.

ummmm! this is definately not a small truck guys. If you look at the radiator my pic shows a rounded top to the radiator core, whereas the Ford T has a square top to the core. Also the Ford T only has louvres in the bonnet (hood) sides for half the length not the full length of the vehicle in my picture.

I would put this vehicle in the 3 ton class alside of FWD and liberty trucks.

Greetings all,

I was wondering if maybe this truck may have been a product of General Motors rather than Ford? I checked my kid's book on trucks and the GM trucks resembled this one more than any Ford. Or, perhaps it is a Diamond Rio..or at leats back then, a Rio?

My two cents worth
Best Wishes
Steve
