What could I do do my future to get it to stop beading up when I spray it on my models.
I was thinking of these:
1. Thinning it.
2. Spraying at a lower pressure.
It was like 6 bucks so I just dont want to throw it away and get new.

Chip - Future should not bead up on you when you spray it. Don't thin it either - it's plenty thin enough. This is what I've learned over the years:
1) Don't apply heavy coats of Future - it will pool and run on vertical surfaces. Also, allow Future to setup properly between coats. I treat it just like Lacquer clear coats - waiting overnight between coats. If you don't, you can run into a situation where the Future will yellow or silver on your decals. This is because the bottom coat hasn't fully cured (outgassed) and the top layer has trapped the gases.
2) Make sure you aren't getting moisture into your airbrush line. Water droplets will cause what you're describing.
3) Back off on your air pressure (if over 20 psi) because you can cause Future to "splatter" on high psi settings - also fitting what you're describing.
Hope this helps you out a bit.

Ditto to what Gunnie wrote, plus (and this is what I do)
I am a good 9-12" away from what I'm applying it to. Don't know if that'll help you out or not, but I've never had a problem with it beading up on me.
Light coats, allow to dry over nite, and DO NOT THIN.

I also brush future onto small areas for decaling jobs that do not require me to decal the whole kit.
Since it is deigned to be 'self-leveling' on floors, it can bloody well do the same on my models... #:-)

Chip, if the Future is "beading" up on your model, I would tend to think it's due to oils being left on the model.
Did you wash the model with mild soap and water first?

The only model I tried it on, I didn't wash it. And she beaded on me.
On my decal jobs, I brush it and she seems to work fine. Its just that I was going to do a gloss job comin up here on a plane, and thought I would ask before I started.
