If you mean unbuilt I've got something like 200 kits six of which are M24 Chaffee and 5 M47 Patton.
If you mean built I've just got a bunch because I used to give away as a present or to sell whatever I built when my kids were in the "destroy anything I see" age...

Oh dear....I have both here in Saudi and at home in UK, around 300 unbuilt kits including all the car models from an earlier period. Around 20 are Me 262's of various types.
Incurable.

Cheers

Right now I've got five. They're all Tamiya kits, and all armor!
1. U.S. M151A2 with TOW Missile Launcher
2. British 25 PDR Field Gun & Quad Gun Tractor
3. JGSDF Type 61 Tank
4. German 8 ton Semitrack w/ 20mm Flakvierling
5. U.S. M2 Bradley (I'm about three quarters of the way through building this one.)

Hmm...kits...total....probably around 125-150. Including Tamiya's entire 2002 line of Rally Cars (yeah I know...CARS!!) Two 1/16 R/C tanks (Tiger II, Pershing) a couple of Motorcycles, two BWM FW24s (F-1 car), and a bunch of AFVs, figures, halftracks, and random military equipment. Oh and one lonely plane (JU-87 Stuka).

10 or so Panthers Tamiya G's and DML versions of various stripes, including Jagdpanthers

6 Mi-24's 1/72 Italeri and Hasegawa
5 F15's Hasegawa
5 F-18's Hase again
Multiples of all the new release SAFS-based SF3D stuff
Multiples of the HAsegawa Valkyires
2-3 of each of the Fine Molds Star Wars stuff
2 S-tanks
2-3 Tamiya T-55's
one each of the MRD 1/35th helos, UH1's, Oh58 and the vanilla Blackhawk.
2-3 of DML's OH6A, and Little Bird

Builts..
5 M113's
8 Panther variants
One each of the SF3D line
Hind, Havoc, and Hokum, Eurocopter, Huey 1/72

I can only speak for myself...in Saudi there's very little else to spend money on...and my stash has grown over many years.

Well I have about 28 unbuilt and around 125 built. The most I have are Tiger I variants . As far as money goes I drive for a living so I try to get as many miles as I can. Doesn't leave a whole lot of time for building though. 6 built and 6 unbuilt that's a good start.

about 12 unbuilt kits. not counting figure kits. about 35 figure sets. some in progress. now im doing the verlinden easy co gunner, a revell f-15 tomcat, panzerIV, and a 1:48 p-47 razorback. as for how i buy these. i get most on ebay and put them on my credit card. i dont have to pay for food or housing so all my money goes to my credit cards. im done buying for now unless its a good buy for a detail kit of a model i have. haha. hmm, as for the model i have the most of... i have several german motorcycle kits. all different onces and several different panzer kits. really dont have any exact copies except a couple panzer II tamiya kits. i forgot that i have more stuff on the way. kublewagen, some verlinden kits(buildings), another panzer II, and other various things i cant remember now. haha

Still counting but at the moment over 238 1-35 models, 172 1-48 plane models, 16 1-48 vehicle models. This is not including most of the very big ones (like Tamiya 1-32 planes, 1-9 reissued Esci-bikes) and the big Monogram/Revell 1-48 bombers. I didn't take the time yet to put those in the excel-sheet I'm using to keep track :-)
This shop inventory has been collected in over 20 years time si as long as you buy more than you built (no count of built models but also quite some) you'll get your own stack.
