Hi Guys,
tried a few times to add a new topic in "Junk" and "History" without success.
After "I accept" I get
"Duplicate database entry. User is already a forum member."
Getting tired of me already?
Your help would be most appreciated.
Thanks
Peter

hi peter,
are you trying to post a new topic from within the forums, or from the forum main page?
cheers

Hi Joe,
I think I'm doing it right. I go to the forum lists and click start new topic, I get to the read and accept page and when I click "I accept and click the little box" I get the text mentioned in my first post.
It only happens in Junk and History. In say Aircraft talk there is no problem.
Iv'e also tried going to the actual forum with the same results.
Thanks
Peter

I'm getting the same problem. I've only seen it on History forum. From home this morning I tried posting a new topic on History and got the message about needing to join the forum. I'm already a member but I tried to join again. It told me it was duplicate and that I was already a member. Now at home, or at work, I get the following message. "Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/armorama/public_html/modules/PostBoard/index.php on line 885"

Same here with Junk and History, but I was able to post "off topic" in the "General" folder with no problem.
