I've read on many occasions that future floor polish is to be used after painting. Is this to be thinned or just sprayed right on the model. I dont want to ruin what i'm working on, so i figured i'd just ask.

HG, I have never thinned Future for spraying. It works great right out of the bottle.
I use at least two light coats and allow to dry overnight (some just wait a few hours) before applying decals and a wash.

I asked this very same question awhile back. Most said they didn't thin and lightlly brushed it on. Some did thin with everything from Windex to water. If you want to read through it, here it is:

After getting the answers I received, I airbrushed it one unthinned. Just make sure you do a very light coat so that there is no pooling.

But Holdfast also did a great article about using future. I would encourage you to check it out. https://armorama.kitmaker.net//features/227

So for all hte guys here that we dont have in our countries Future or Klear, can somebody explain what exactly is the product. I mean ok is a florr polishing material as far as i can understand, but the chemical substance is what? asking to see if it is the same as the Over Lay from Johnson that we have here for polishing. I am trying to find some alternatives on these to use. Any help could be nice . Thanks

Future, or Johnson's Klear is an acrylic liquid floor covering. Please read the following pages for detailed info

a five minutes ago research at the super market showed that none of the products i ve read here exists in Greece. We have Pronto, Overlay, Shine, Clou Coat but no future or something else. This stuff i read are good for wooden also floors and ceramic plates. So do i try one of them or no ?
