Hello Guys,
This is an open invitation to all you guys in the Filipino Modelers Phorum to join us in the IPMS Philippines Bert Anido Christmas Party on Dec. 28, 2003 at UP Diliman College of Fine Arts at 2:00PM onwards. Sagot ko na ang food ng mga hindi pa members. We have lots of surprises for members.
After the party we will have the Korea/Vietnam internal competition. In addition to the trophies Prez Chopper has solicited prizes (model kits, of course) from a big hobby shop.
Please let me know if you can make it. For those who are in far-away lands, photos of the event & the contest entries & results will be posted in our website.

Actually the prizes are from 2 of the more popular hobby shops, Lil's and JMN. I'm throwing in a few of the kits from my old shop too so you guys might want to check it out. I think the contest should be held before the party kasi baka maghawakan ng models na puro mantika na ang kamay!!!

As of now the weather is fine here. We were up around in the 60'sF or that's 'bout 15C late this afternoon & it was sunny all day. Haven't snowed here in over a week. 
The forecast is for rains tomorrow & cloudy on Christmas Day but not too cold highs around 40F I guess that manageable. How 'bout you out there?

Lucky you guys had fun. I had an airbrush problem to think of, as well as lots of chores to do. Oh well, some other times perhaps.

There were loads of prizes, from the Tamiya RAF Mustang, Quad Tractor, Panzer, F-84, Italeri FA-18, F-117, Revell train set, 1/32 Bo-105, ESCI F-16, FA-18, F-111, Hind, etc., and even a Ferrari. Everyone got home with at least a kit. Guarnere has some items to give you next meet. Not models, though. At least, not yet.

Nope :-) I don't watch second-rate movies that only follow the "USO", they're a waste of my modelling time. But I will be sleepless because Guarnere will be giving me a ?replica? of the German Iron cross..............

Following the uso? I don't think so, too, since I'm pretty sure "uso's" wasn't uso during the 80's. (:-)
