I see this post and I keep thinking of Steve Martin's SNL skit where he starts off with an altruistic wish, like Peaceon Earth and then goes on to wind up wishing for all these materialistic things and "that Peace on Earth thing too, of course."

Well, a list was sent out to all the family that included words like, Tiger, Photo etch, Update set, fruil-what-O? The list also included semi specific links to websites that the family has never heard of, with lots of jibing remarks like...GEEK!, and Why can't you ask for something simple? And, how many models do you already have that aren't built?

I also asked for a billion dollars and a death ray.

I will probably get socks.
