You can pick up most of the ICM inventory through ebay, from Alanger USA. (ID alangerusa). The prices are well below ICM retail, shipping is fast. I've been rounding out my ICM inventory while they're available.

Ya Mika,i have the ICM kits i wanted,mostly the russian tanks,but i was looking forward to the WW1 figures they were going to release,and i had been out of the modeling loop for awhile so didnt know they went out of business in Sept.

That is sad news. I know their aircraft kits have faced a bit of criticism (some of it deserved!), but I thought some of them were really pretty good.
Modelzone in the UK still has a lot of their stuff in stock... guess where I'll be heading next week!
