Trouble getting thin plastic sheet at affordable prices?
Now, here's a solution! It's in your mailbox (not the online one)probably today!

I'm sure a lot of you out there have, at one time or another, had dealings with places like FastCash, NeedRapidCash and other money lending places. As always, they're too expensive to really borrow money, but let the postal service and these companies supply you with free plastic sheets.

They often send a credit-card sized piece of plastic, with their logo silkscreened on it. As you're going to use it as a shim or a filler piece, it doesn't matter what's on it! They can be used to add width to a kit that's a bit undersized in places, or to scrape putty off the area you're working on -- multiple uses, infinite possibilities, and best of all, it's free. I have nearly a hundred cards from various places, because I wanted to get a car loan from one of these money lenders, but I wasn't able to afford the interest rates. They send me a card or two once a month, asking if I'm still interested, and more than one company sends me these cards.

Go green! Make modeling fun, cheap and environmentally friendly!
