My brother just got several models at an estate sale and passed them on to me. I'm looking to find their value. One's a Revell box scale P-3A Orion in a 1965 box with the kit still in the plastic bag (no bar code, so it doesn't seem to be a reisssue), another's the older Hasegawa P-3C Orion and anothe HAsegawa P-3C (update i and II) shrink wrapped and priced at $40. There's a Minicarft E3C Connie with Radome (Shrink wrapped at $12) a Tamiya 1/350 Fletcher Class Destroyer (shrink and $31) and a Skywave 1/700 Butler Class Destroyer Escort (twin pack). Opened boxes are still in the plastic inner wrap.
Any links to a site that would have values on these?

I don't know specifically, what I would offer as a suggestion if you don't find a 'buyers guide' is to see if any are on sale on ebay and just put them on watch and see what they sell for. i would try and watch as many as possible to get a good idea of average price.

You might look up M.J. Rudy on the web and ask her. I have dealt with her in the past and she has been very honest and reliable. She has her E-mail address and a phone number listed on her site so that you can contact her. If she can't tell you the value of your kits I know that she will know someone who can. :-)

Hi Al

Didn't there used to be something called Kit collectors Clearing House - or words to that effect? I don't know if it's still going...

Otherwise sites like http://www.comet-miniatures.com deal with a lot of collectables and may be able to advise on prices.

Hope this helps
