Just wanted to give a praise report..I checked my PP account this morning and saw a credit for the amount of the charge back..thank you Lord! Looks like PP covered it themselves after the fuss I made with them.
That's great news, Tim. I hope it means the card company reversed their decision and they're going after the guy.
Keep in mind that, even if you switch to another payment processor, you'll always be a possible chargeback victim, even on domestic shipments.
