I am just curious as to why my rank and level image doesn't change as I post replies??

Depending upon which country or branch of service you selected as your insignias, "Private" does not have an insignia. You'll need to gain in rank before you can sew one on your "screen".

Ken is right. You are on the true US enlisted ranks so "Private" does not have sleeve insignia. Once you reach Private E-2 (50 posts) you will have a single stripe.

If you are confused about the variance in ranks it's because the original US ranks started with Private E-2 and went up to 5-star general. This original rank structure will eventually be replaced with a US Officer Rank progression. So basically with this post I am kinda saying that many peoples ranks will change once I finally balance everything out.
