Again, thank you very much for the images!
Yes, these help to show, whats going on, on the streets and they are useful to understand the situation!
We (or I ) only see, what´s "in the news" or read it in some blogs.
But I only have the news on TV or some few internet-news with only one image or a live-video.
So, more images are very useful.
Also I have a "female friend", who lives in Cairo, but since some months I have no contact to her.
I also hope, she´s okay.
greetings...

Aiwa ya Jamal... another dictator bites the dust

I never thought I'd see the day.. but I can't tell you how happy I am this happened in my lifetime. I wish my father was alive to see this day... he hated him so much

I wish you all the best in Lebanon... where I was born and raised.. and which I consider to be my second home!

Ola Hisham
I followed the news quite closely. Somehow here in the Netherlands they managed to get 24 hour coverage of the whole protest from day 1. And Today just when i was driving home from work I heard the news of Mubarak stepping down. This is some great news for you and the people of Egypt. Welcome to democracy. If you have shown the will to keep the foot down against the Dictator You have already proven you have the willpower to make a new start. Can't wait to see the new Egypt rise and hopefully one day I will be able to visit the Country.
Have fun mate.. Go party. You deserve it after 30 years.

Hisham.
A great day for Freedom. Good luck to you and your countrymen.
It's some amazing times we are living through. The hard work is only just starting, but what great opportunities are springing up, Enjoy the party, and especially the freedom from tyranny, something i have never had to put up with.
Peace.

Good to see you came through this safely, Hisham! Now, as others have said, the real work of making democracy the way of the future begins. Truely not easy.
Peace!

A lot of us did a little praying for you and for Egypt to be free. Many , Americans , especially the young ones do not fully appreciate freedom, because they always had it and never had to be pushed around by dictators. History is boring to many of them who can't get pass their video games and text messaging. My prayers are for a progressively free Egypt, that embraces freedom and rejects radical religious intolerance. Congratulations Hisham, you and your countrymen have won the main battle, but the war is still not over. Good luck and best regards..............Al
