I just got done with a Kommeunderwagen, and I noticed that I missed some spots when I sprayed it. My question is: Can you weather it so it's not noticable? I sure you can, it's just that some of the places I missed are as high as the headlights. What's even better is that the color that I used was an experiment, and I can't get it the right color. Oh, and I don't know if this helps, but it's Russian Front, '42, Fall. Thanks for your time.

I know you're not SUPPOSED to do this but a little mud works wonders for fixing mistakes.

Hi MEBM
Some "field repairs" in a slightly different colour ("fresh paint") or primer might be a way 'round the problem :-)
All the best

Merlin, thanks. What color would the primer be? Thanks for your time.

Hi MEBM
I'm certainly no authority on armour colours... but I think I've seen dark brick-red mentioned in magazine articles about German WW2 vehicles - parts of the Tiger's interior, for instance.
Can anyone confirm this?
All the best
