Hi all, Im looking at purchasing a product made by Resicast and was wondering if anyone has built one of their products and if so your thoughts. Quality being the biggest factor.

I can't give a personal review on any of their products because I have yet to work with one, but if you go HERE , you can read a couple reviews of their kits.

I have (only) built the Resicast 3-Inch British mortar. The castings were nicely done, but did have a few minor problems. Nothing that I couldn't fix. I felt that the baseplate for this mortar needed to be scratch built, and I did so and that was really my only complaint.

The price was very reasonable and there were enough parts included to make three mortars.

This was an easy subject and I'm not sure what you're looking to build, but IMHO, I'd go for it. Not perfect, but no kit is.
