I bought the us 105mm howitzer of Italeri, before start the model I would know if this gun was used only by the American or also by Australian Canadian ecc..and the others allied, because I prefer make a particular model

I knopw M7 priest, but I would to know if these 105 mm served in different army in the ww2

Yes, the M7 Priest served with different armies during WWII. As far as serving with Australian forces, I'm not 100% sure. I do know it served with the British, Canadian, French, and U.S. armies. It was used in the later stages of the war in the Pacific.
As the war progressed the British developed their own version of the Priest called the Sextant. This version may have served with Australia.

Just on top of what kencelot said the Bristish Sexton had a different gun, an English 2lbs, that was housed on the left side instead of the right side of the hull...
