Mine is to show kitmaker how proud I was of my tache.
It is now gone and replaced with a more conventional beard.
Perhaps I should grow up but I miss my tache.
Gone but not forgotten.

It's been ages since I built my last plane, but I just love the Famous WWi Hero Joe Cool chasing his archenemy "The Red Baron".
(Or I'm just stuck at Peanuts-age )

My avatar is of Lemmy from Mötorhead. Ive always been a fan, and had just read his autobiography "white line fever" when I put this up. I just like the image and the thoughtful expression.

Well mine is a picture of my late uncle who served as a border guard in Cyrenaica beginning of WWII. He took a bullet to the back of the head but survived the war.

Gonzo, it was on the stock list years ago. I certainly have an off kilter view on life and Gonzo seems to fit. And, I like chicken.

My avatar is a self-portrait I painted in 1983. It's based on a screen print I did in art school, also in 1983. I'd put the screen emulsion side in the wrong way and this caused the arc lamp to melt the image, so I decided to print it on black paper instead, and the result was pretty much what you see. I've put it in many paintings as a personal icon.
