Sometimes something happens which just must be shared with fellow modelers. This is one such time my friends. I am working on Tamiya's M4A3E2, I was inspried by the recent pictures of the completed kit by a fellow Armorama member. Anyway, I had completed all six of the bogie trucks when I noticed something terrible. I had forgotten to inclose the springs with the bogie trucks! I had planned on adding the four bolt holes on each bogie truck and as I thought about it I knew that the lack of springs would be most noticible. For those who this might happen to in the future be aware that the springs can be worked into position even after the bogie truck is assembled. I will admit that it took a bit of patience and care, but it was done. On to completion, by the way I am convinced that having a forum such as Armorama is helping maintain my enthusiasim for modeling and certainly is improving my skills.

I know we all have managed to do something like that at least once. Most of the time I end up having to say the hell with it and try to find a means to disguise it, or tear the assembly apart and do it over hopefully not breaking or severely damaging the parts. It feels great to solve the problem as satisfactorily as you did.
