Awesome Mike! I am happy for you buddy. Here in Massachusetts you could probably buy a 2-room mobile home for $137900. The prices are out of control. I don't think I will ever be able to afford a house.

Best thing ever happened me, getting a new, bigger apartment. Not only is the wife content, i got my own modelling area. Probably the reason i chose this apartment. It had a nice convenient room used as a walk in wardrobe by the previous tenants......... but is now plastered in paints and shelfs.
Hopefully you have the same enjoyment and luck with your new house Merkava. Congratulations!!

Thanks alot guys. The crawl space is huge and is about 5' to 5'6" high so I think I might put my "shop" there. I don't need to much headroom when I'm sitting. #:-)
