Hi Guys and Girls,
How's this for a lucky save.
I'm working on my thunderbolt for the Cave Tonitrum Group build and I am wanting to test fit the gun sight.
I look high and low, on book shelves under desk in other kit boxes everywhere and I just can't remember what I've done with it,I do remember it was still in its bag and on the same sprue as the canopy.

Anyway I figure as with most things it'll eventually turn up,

After clearing up after dinner I go to put some scraps in the bin, theres the rubbish I'd thrown out yesterday from the hobby room,I have a bit of rumage through as there are some old kit bags tec and lo and behold the bag containing the canopy and gunsight are mixed up with them.

Thank the big fella upstairs that rubbish day is Tuesday.

You lucky ,,,,,,,,,,lucky,,,,,bar steward
I have a little habit Ive developed in that I have a rubbish bag under the bench.
I start a new bag at the beginning of each build and it doesnt get thrown out until that model is finished.

Nigel, I have seen you as a rather rock'n'roll kinda guy, but now that seems to fade...

But I guess both I and Chris will agree it's a smart tip. Right Chris?
