Hi all,I am new to the site even though I have been a member here since 2007.Been busy elsewhere so havent had the time to post anything here but thats all gonna change.
My name is Dean Raines and my Username is Sturmgiest but I would like to change it to Deano once I find out how to?I have a strong interest in 1/35 Axis armour from mid to late War with my favourite AFV being the Panther.Only been modelling for a year and a half so Im still somewhat of a novice.
Anyhoo I look forward to speaking and joining in where I can.
Cheers
Deano

Hello and welcome Deano. Wish I could help with the ID change but I'm afraid you'll have to refer that question to the mods

Hi dean
welcome to the site, you will find most armour modellers either post in the main armour forum or in the constructive comments forum choice is yours. The armour forum seems to be the more popular so I would expect to see a few more returned comments on your work there.
I would suggest submitting some of your work to the editors as OD (on displays) as this will keep a more permanent record of your work and allow you to have your own portfolio on the site.
I would suggest browsing around the site, for a few days to get the feel, any questions please drop me a PM and I'll do my best to answer them.
The contact details for the site editors can be found under the contact us tab in the top left under the kitmaker network sign.
Looking at the work you have posted I look forward to seeing more
cheers

Yeah Deno,
Model sites are all unique in their own way. I have enjoyed my association with them all. Glad you are able to see beyond the trivia that often crops it's head up (on both sites) and get involved here.
I am extremely disappointed in what seems to be the inevitable outcome.
