The good thing about dropping the bomb on Japan was that we learned by practical experience how bad it could get if we actually used this instead of conventional weapons.
The bad thing about it is using it to learn how bad it is.
But then again would America (then a predominantly white/caucasian country) use it on Germany if it was presented with the same stubborness of the Japanese?

Actually, the original plan was to use the A-bomb on Germany, but events played out quickly enough so that action wasn't necessary. Plans had been drawn up for basing B-29s in England for delivery. Remember, the US war plan was to defeat Germany first and then take care of things in the Pacific.
