I am looking for a reliable source of mold-making compounds. I am looking for a silicon based RTV (room temperature vulcanization) compound with good flexibility in order to capture small details. Any good places, preferably in the US?

Shaun, thanks my brother. I can't believe I haven't thought about Micro-Mark. I buy from these guys quite often. Can you say DUH!

Hi.. if your just getting started in casting I recommend getting the micro-mark starter set. the url is below..

Micro-Mark Resin casting starter set.

I'm still new to casting and I have got some nice results with this set. And my fav part is everything is mixed in a 1 to 1 ratio which makes it fairly easy to use.

Thanks Delbert. This might be something to consider.
