Liem is an avid plastic modeler, especially military and is looking to expand on the stores merchandise to include the newest DML, Trumpeter, Academy, etc releases. They stock MMIR, as well as a few other really good magazines, are getting in Humbrol and Vallejo paints, and will be special ordering photo-etch, resin kits, etc.
With the dwindling ammount of hobby shops in NC, Liem is trying his best to help perpetuate the hobby that we all love. Please go see them if you are in the Charlotte area, they really are trying to make a difference.

That's great - it's close to UNCC .
My son just started there so now I have a good reason to go to a model shop 2.5 hours away from home.

Oh yeah? I work there! If you're ever up at UNCC, drop by the copy center in the library and say hello

Where do you all meet? I am a new modeler that is looking to meet with other folks in the area. Any info is appreciated.

Ah, yet another NC hobby shop to spend money in while at Bragg. I will certainly visit in late Feb or Mar, unless I take an earlier gig in January. Any good resin, PE aftermarket stuff?
