I've never stepped into a hobby shop that didn't carry it. Your LHS doesn't carry it or can't get it for you? That would be strange. But, if that's the case, SprueBrothers.com or GreatModels.com carry it and ship to Canada, I'm sure.

i havent ever found it in a local hobby shop yet, though i dont have one really local anymore.
i use www.blast-models.com they stock it and shop world wide.

Udisco ltd in Montreal carries the full lineup. 3$ a bottle. I picked some up from them the other night.
