Jason,
I ordered one of their new (prerelease priced)kits along with one that advertised as half-off. I received them quickly and with no issues.
However, I went back to them for some accessories and was under the impression they were in stock. They weren't. So.....the order was canceled as I had no idea how long I'd have to wait.
Basically, I look at them as another online hobby store (with limited lines).....with their ups and downs like the others. I was quite happy with the order that came in (kits, cost, speed of shipping) but kinda bummed about the other things not in stock. I like Great Models too, but stick to items that show in stock.....Lucky Model too.

I've purchased from them about six times. They have been flawless so far.

If you are not in the US you are going to receive the kits from Hong Kong. And what the US guys describe cannot be more different that what happens with HK
I ordered a kit in November 2006. I had no email confirming it whatsoever. No tracking number- nothing
In February I asked in this forum what were the experiences with them. I was really p@@@@. They didn't answer my emails and I had no clue what happened. The CC had been charged.
The day I posted here, I received an email from them informing me of the tracking number (3 months later) and that somewhow my package was in customs (here in Portugal).
I called them asking why I was not informed of the package.
My address was incorrect on the package so customs was unable to contact me.
I was lucky because the package was at customs waiting to be returned to the sender.
I almost lost a limited series kit, a bunch of money and a a lot of patience.
I sure hope they are better now, but I'm not going to try it again.

I ordered from them a couple of times a few years ago. My only complaint was the shipping box was pretty flimsy Good service otherwise. I'd order from them again.

Thanks for your replies, and input guys, I guess it's a case of waiting and seeing what happens, I'll let you know my thoughts about their service once the kit arrives, thanks again

Hi Guys,
Thought I'd keep you up to speed on my Cyber-Hobby order, I ordered my item on the 14th March, and it was delivered on the 27th of may, so not too bad...... it arrived in tip top condition, not even a crease in the box. Would I order from them again, well I wouldn't hesitate,..

Hi Frank,
I wasn't any real rush for the kit, so I didn't mind the wait. The only problem I had was... that I had read somewhere (can't remember where) that the kit I wanted was a limited run kit (but it's due to be released soon) typical eh!!!.
The postage and handling was just under £14, bit steep but hey.....
