Hey my testor liquid cement does not seem to work on these resin cockpits,,, What should I use, White Glue?

Super glue is going to be your best bet.

Any CA glue should do.

It depends. Cyano is ok in over 90% of the cases, but careful is sensitive to shocks. I'm doing now a resin kit of a B1 Centauro, and the lower hull is a single resin block (something like 800 grams) and the turret is another block (roughly 200 grams). In this case to fix the two I'll use epoxy...

Also, make sure the parts are clean and dust free! I have found that makes a hug difference.
