hey thanks for posting the link Russel. I didnt even realised that it was possible for members to find it.

Was awhile since i built that kit but from what i recall, the paint mix was a solution of Tamiya Desert Yellow, Tamiya Buff, Flat Yellow and Flat White. That kit was a real joy to build as most Tamiya kits are.

Im hoping to do a better job with the DML M1A2 SEP kit though. Started my build blog here:

Am open to any suggestions if you have any.

I didnt make it actually. It came as part of the Blast Model set. I wrote up a review on it here if you are keen.

Stryker Stowage Set

I painted the whole bottle in chrome silver before coating areas of it with clear blue so it gave a sort of watery effect. If you are thinking about doing a Stryker, i would actually recommend the Real Model set instead.

I was just surfing through Flickr for Chally 2 pics for my Trumpeter one before i start on it... Seems pretty tedious... Trial and error i suppose?
