You might want to check out the Third Reich Factbook at http://www.skalman.nu/third-reich/
It includes information on (almost) all aspects of Germany and her allies during World War II, as well as a message forum for discussions on these topics.

Although my interests lie elsewhere, I certainly know where to go for questons regarding the Third Reich!
