I fell in love with plastic models back in the early 70s,I guess like many other countrymen I was seduced by the box art by the genius called Roy Cross.Ive had a constantly on off romance with all things plastic:, through the years discovering Shep Paine Francois V etc.I then I travelled to the far east and discovered the modelling love of my life Japanese armour.Ive built so many Chi Ha's Ive lost count.So we come to the last few days,,Ive been searching for a modelling site to join and to learn from.Ive spent the last day or so looking at the models on here and I must admit Ive been astounded by the quality and variation in subject matter.Im not the greatest model builder in the world,but do find it helps (when I get writers block) to relax and re-focus on the day to day things,like mortgage payments or my daughters maths homework.Therefore Im looking forward to meeting and making new friends ,but more than anything Im hoping to be able in 6 or 12months to be sitting here writing review upon review of new Japanese armour kits(well I can live in hope--Ive only waited 37 years lol)
