I got started in modeling as a kid (60's) and built 1/48th scale aircraft (Monogram/Revell/Hawk) and 1/48th scale armor (Aurora & some Tamiya). I hit high school and dropped out of the hobby. I got back in about 12 years ago building armor (1/35th) and aircraft (1/48th). Currently I'm concentrating on Armor after a long hiatus of non-building. I spent about 17 years as an engineer for the Army working on Army & USMC systems (mainly military trucks). Now I'm totally out of the defense sector but continuing to work with civilian trucks.
