About tbljones
I have been an modeling since I was seven when my father who was an avid modeler allowed me to build my first kit. This started a love affair that has flourished ever since. I will work in all genres but seldom stray from armor or aircraft subjects. My main emphasis is WWII centering around german subjects mainly but the occasional allied subject is a nice change of pace. I started competeing in modeling contests on a regional and national level in the early 90s and although I build for enjoyment I have a strong but restrained competitive streak .When modeling I strive for accurracy in every way possible but realize this can only go so far in the medium we choose to work in . I come from a family with a long history of both military and law enforcement service. I continued this tradition and now work as a Director of Security for a telecommunications firm located in North Texas.
