About COASTIE
Former officer in HMCG - SAR Co-ordination, now radio trainer for NZCG. Married with two youngsters. Been building bits of plastic since my 7th birthday and never really stopped. Seem to be planning, building but not really finishing a lot of projects both aircraft and AFV's. Will only build 1:35 armour, anything smaller and my sausage fingers cannot cope !! - Prefer US, UK, Soviet subjects but not afraid of WWII German stuff.
