The latest release from Monroe Perdu is an extremely versatile kit "The Sunken Road". This kit builds into a vignette to depict almost anywhere in the world you can think of. A rutted lane in Normandy, a washed out trek in North Africa, a wagon path in Italy, or a carved trail in the jungle of Vietnam are all possibilities with this kit.

The kit consists of finely cast resin road and wall pieces and a selection of water transfer signs to detail the wall with. Measuring 5" x 7", it is large enough to accomodate a variety of vehicles from a Jeep to a tracked vehicle such as a Panzer II. Though designed to be used with 1/32-1/35 scale vehicles and figures, it's possible to use the road with some 1/24 scale cars and 1/48 scale armor kits. Full color photos of finished kits provide useful painting tips. Full instructions and suggestions for applying the graphics complete the kit.
