Always worth doing a search to see if a subject has been covered recently

Also three hours is not long to wait for a reply to a post especially as when yopu posted it the rest of the world may have been asleep

As a hobby shop owner, I buy from Hobby Terra all the time, and have never had a problem with them. Yeah sure, sometimes they forget to put in a box or 2, or forget a kit, but when buying at the volume I do, its understandable, and they are quick to fix any mistakes.

The one advantage that a retail consumer has over myself is that you can use your credit card to purchase their kits, I however when buying at cost, have to send a bank transfer for the stuff. However their shipping is fast.....usually inside of 2 weeks from the Ukraine to Eastern Canada. Other than sitting there for a night building boxes and matching kits with instructions and boxes...its great, and much cheaper than buying from the local suppliers.

As well, they are pretty much one stop shopping for Eastern European kits, from ACE to ICM, Alanger to Skif, Miniart and Master Box, with alot of lesser known companies in between as well. You can really find some odd ball stuff!!

I've ordered kits through them several times now (I get all my Miniart kits through them) and they've been very reliable. Also, shipments generally get to me in around two to five weeks (Arizona, USA). Heck, I've ordered from folks here in the States that don't ship that quickly!
They do an interesting thing for multiple kit orders; they'll remove the kits from their boxes and then fold the boxes up and place the kits and boxes in their shipping box. The whole thing saves space and shipping costs. Pretty clever I thought.
