Have just started to lay up some milliput originals into RTV Silicone molds, then preparing to cast in resin. But which is the correct resin to use? I used to use Multi Purpose Polyester resin at college, but have seen a less brittle Polyeurethane resin in the shop which, by the look of the sample, is much more like the stuff Verlinden/Legend/Jaguar et al are cast in. Any thoughts? The latter is over twice the price, the former being about £7/Kg.
