I have several of their products. No complaints here, other than the price on a couple of them. "Q"

Well ordered like 2 weeks ago still have not got anything and no replies to emails so I would say no stars for them.

Have you tried calling them? They list a fax number of....

Yep all I got was a recording left my name no reply.

I might of used a slightly overdrawn card to order but still should of contacted me thru my order status at my email address or answered my emails so I could of corrected my mistake {to many Credit cards to keep track of}

But for what I ordered My card would of granted it.

And charge the Over charge fee like they all do

Maybe they are taking the Summer months off to see the country.

Rhode Island is where they are.

Their stock is like none existent also.

I ordered from them three weeks ago. still have not recieved my products. I emailed them five times with no response. I cancelled my order through the website.

Some great NON-Existant Customer service for you right there.

May never order from there again.

Received my stuff Today a real surprise.

as I have reordered it again from my LHS.
