Hi Everyone

I have found out that the sizes I was given by a reinactment company for K - Ration boxes Breakfast , Supper and Dinner are too large.
I got in contact with West Point US Military Museum, and they have given me the correct sizes, I am posting this letter to all forums to let everyone know, I will be replacing all purchaced K-Ration with the new ones.

Also for those of you who have purchased these boxes and due to the inconvenience this may of caused you, I have decided to give you a FREE item of your choice.

Please email me to confirm your FREE item, so i can enclose it with your replacement K - Rations

All other ration boxes have been triple checked and are the CORRECT size......phew...

Kindest regards

I haven't ordered from you, yet. But I wanted to say that you are a class act.
I like the way you do business. :-)

I have to give you props, very few businesses would not only publicly admit thier mistake, but also replace it free of charge. In my mind, that reflects very highly of you and the way you conduct your business. Keep it up!!!

I have not bought anything from you

Though I want to compliment you on the way you handle these things. This is real style you show here. Most of the bigger companies don`t give a damn about the sizes if they are wrong or whatever. They never mention it and with the next sending they have changed it.

Really good
