Dear gents,

Here my russian sniper project. Only Tamiya-parts and some leadfoil were used to create this figure.
The scope of the Kar98 is a decapitated M1924 Stielhandgranate .
The diorama-underground is extracted from a Dragon 1/16 kit with evergreen fitted onto the sides.

there will be more later

It looks nice so far Frank, like it.
The base is good and a nice touch with the arm sticking out of the rubble.

You should post it on HISTORICUS FORMA and let the guys over there have a look.

All the best

Nice diorama, reminded me of that one movie "Enemy at the Gates" (think thats what it was called).

The only "critique" I would have is that this bad boy needs a Nagant or and SVT-40 to replace the Mauser. There's just something too "wrong" about a Soviet Hero wielding a 98K.

Otherwise the composition of the vignette is nearly perfect!

The 'dead' arm needs to look a bit more "dead" Humans decompose rather quickly. Some discoloration in the blues/black tones would be appropriate.
