I've had very good luck with Lucky Model (pun very much intended). They advertise here on Armorama. Their prices are very good, and they can't be beat on Asian photoetch and resin kits/accessories. They've gotten more than $300 of my money over the past year and I have not had any problems at all.
You may also want to try Great Models (another advertiser here)--many folks seems to have had very good experiences with them.
Sprue Brothers (another local advertiser) has been reasonably priced and reliable, in my experience. Hope this helps.

Sprue Brothers is my first stop, always. Next up is Great Models. I've also had good success with Hobbylinc as well.
