I bought a miniart building and figure kits from them. I wrote a review for the building that can be seen HERE. Fortunately I mentioned the Hobby Terra experience in the review.....
On a recent thread in the diorama section of Missing Links, I read about new vacuum-formed building kits from MiniArt from the Ukraine. I was curious enough to go to HobbyTerra’s site
Miniart and check them out. I was quite impressed with the box art shown, and their ”Ukrainian city building” was something that suited an ongoing diorama of mine. Priced at €11.95, surely it was worth the risk! According to recommendations on the ML site, HobbyTerra are excellent to deal with and shipping is quite fast as they deliver by airmail only.
I made the order on 6th October and it arrived on the 12th. I also ordered “Soviet infantry at rest (1943-45)” by MiniArt for the same diorama. Total cost, including postage was €27.28. Considering that the average price for Dragon/Tamiya figures in Sweden costs approx. €12, I was quite happy with the deal. Online shopping from HobbyTerra is handled by U.S. company “CCNow, Secure Online Trader”, and the purchasing contract is with them, so using credit cards should be well protected.

This was written Oct 2004, and I was more than impressed by them. Have never heard any conflicting opinions/reviews since.

I've bought stuff from them in the past and been happy with their service. Shipping was quick and cheap enough too.

I shopped from HobbyTerra a couple of times last winter. I should say that their price offerings are good and the shipment is extra fast. Within the same week of my order I received my packages without hassle. If you are looking for Russian or ex-USSR counrty manifacturers, Hobbyterra is the place to look at.

Coincidentally enough I had placed an order on April 24, just came in yesterday (under 2 weeks Ukraine to western Canada, not too shabby in my books). No problems at all with secure ordering service, and I got exactly what I wanted - even the Skif MTLB with twin 23mm gun which I thought I'd never find! Just wish the EE PT-76 was still around-maybe Alanger will re-release it some day?

Thanks for the info. I placed my order on 4/26. I ordered (2) ICM ural 4320's and a Skiff strela -10m3 . I thought the strela didn't exist in 1/35. I tried to scratch one To my surprise I found one.
