I would need a little more info to go on to help. Is he not able to login becuase he doesn't know his password? Or is it a bad cookie situation? Which version of the site is he trying to login to? Has he tried http://aeroscale.kitmaker.net?

Oh and I believe he can reply in this topic as anonymous (as I just did). Anonymous users just can't start topics (a bug, although currently a bug that is saving us from a lot of spam).
