What major suppliers would I find this from in Canada, preferably in the Kingston area? I want to begin making my own decals, and will probably start with Canadian ranks and insignia for the CADPAT and older unifroms, and some US marine ranks.

Hi Kevin, I can't tell you of any local outlets in Canada, mate, but there is a full line of decal making supplies offered by Micro-mark...

I've used the micromark stuff. It's pretty easy and works well.
