I'm drooling over some kits at Eduard (www.eduard.cz). Has anyone bought stuff directly from them especially anyone from Asia? Do they deliver door to door or via post office?

Sadly, it's not such a practical idea any more. This thread may help you:

I use to order all my Eduard sets and kits from them, as it was easy to top the $80.00 for the free shipping. Unfortunately I will no longer support them. If there is anything I need, in the future, I'll look for it, but only in bargain bins. My simple way of saying I just don't need it, and I'll support those companies that don't show continuous greed and increasing profit gouging. Of course we all know the real reason for the change in policy is because the distributors all pissed and moaned because I'm sure I wasn't the only modeller or retailer who went that route.

Just my 2 shekels on this matter, and does not reflect Armorama as a whole. The truth is I have more than enough to build and enjoy what I already have on hand, with out ever buying another kit or after market product.

I have to agree with you, Dave. I've enjoyed stocking up on their discounted models over the past year. But, with the current postage policy, I guess we' re done with that. Too bad.

As you said, I too have enough to keep me busy for several lifetimes. Guess it's time to stop ordering, and start building.
