Yes - this one. If you have a model in mind you can ask about it here. What's it like? who has it in stock? what's their service like? etc.
For kits I would recommend Spruebrothers in the US and Hobblink Japan and Luckymodel in Asia, generally their prices work out cheap than local stores here even with postage.

As for where to buy, I can suggest any of the advertisers on this site, as I have done business with them all. (OK except WW2 Guns-just not my thing)
