Nice! When you say "Build a tool", you really mean Build a tool! Good job Matt, I might just have to hit you up for some machining!

Well, considering the Aluminum has been sitting there for MONTHS as I was gonna start this awhile ago................ I'd managed to get most of the Flycutting done to Square & Clean up the stock. Last night it was in Out of the house between the Mill & the Drill press (which I should just bring in the basement for now)... only real machining left is the tapped hole and maybe some other features to make it a bit more versatile....

So it looks like:

I have one of these and the moveable "jaws" on top come in handy!!!

It's going to "bolt" right to the Table of my Sherline Milling machine.... the Vise they sell with it only holds up to 2" stock.

Imagine the Red part of the one Below is the Table on the milling machine.

There's 1 "fixed" jaw and another "fixed" jaw that has a threaded hole and the 2 guide holes for the moveable jaw.

I'll have some more pics tonight!!

OK, here it is sitting on the tabe like it would be. I don't have the Guide pins pressed in yet as I'm trying to a) find somewhere to have it Anodized or B) trying to find a Battery charger so I can Anodize it myself.
