Just found this book online by Robert Forsyth and bought it. I'm just wondering what I can expect of. Is it as good as I've heard?

I don't have any info on the book but WOW can it be expensive. I looked it up on a couple of on line book sites and found prices from between $300 and $650. I certainly hope you got a great deal on it.

Never read it myself, but just found a referral in the WW2inColor forums, and apparently it's highly recommended.

Here is the link.

.. .hi Jan..it is certainly one of the most lavish Luftwaffe books ever produced...full page portraits of Galland, Goering, fantastic paper quality and reproduction etc ...I was chatting to the author only recently about it...(he lives close to me ) - the production team he assembled spent over 30 thousand pounds just bringing it out. - they could certainly have done it a lot cheaper of course ..but it did lead on to the creation of Classic/Chevron Publishing. I remember purchasing it new back in 95 (?) ..it cost then around 35 GBP.

It is being considered for a reprint ..but not on the same sort of scale or quality ....
