Have you tried google?
I tried to search for pics with keywords "fokker d.vii interior", and came up with only a single page of matches, but they had one site with a good and comprehensive-looking walk-around of a Fokker D.VII
http://www.wwi-models.org/Photos/Ger/Fok_DVII/other/index.html
I also found this. Good for super-detailing the control stick.

Searching with just "fokker d.vii" gave more than a dozen pages of hits, with misc views, not so useful unless you're ready to do some digging.
Same for normal searches.

What type are you modeling? Fokker D.VII that is built by the parent company at Schwerin, OAW at Schneidemuhl or Albatros at Johannistahl? Early, mid or late productiuon?

Try searching here at Aeroscale. Check out the Features and the Reviews titles here.

Royal Fokker D.VII build

The OAW build

The Schwerin build

Try the Early Aviation Title as well we have some fine articles on the various Fokker D.VII kits.

Oh and there is my website posted below here.
