Syndicated from a News report on ModelShipwrights, this story, from Mark Smith (Gunny) covers a very interesting looking book aimed at scratchbuilders. MODEL DESIGN & BLUEPRINTING HANDBOOK, (Volume 1) covers many of the aspects of creating a new model from scratch - the basics of analyzing available reference, sketching 3-view drawings, drafting blueprints, and making accurate construction patterns/templates for model-related projects are just some of the areas covered. The full story can be seen:

I'd buy this book, but I'm intrigued by the mention "volume one", does this mean it's not complete coverage, and if not, what will be covered in "volume two", volume three", etc....
Cheers,
Christophe

Great question, Christophe!
I wish that I could give you a straight answer, too, mate, but I haven't seen the book...but luckily, a copy is on the way, and so will be a detailed product review. There will also be NEWS up very soon of the next very interesting releases to come from the publisher...
Cheers,
~Gunny
