Hey all!
Okay, I've checked every link on Armorama and I've trolled eBay like a hawk.
This is my last attempt at this part and I'm praying someone will come through.

The Tamiya AAVP7A1 Amtrac model comes with two turrets as an option. The old one with just a .50 cal M2 and the UGWS with the M2 AND a MK19 Grenade launcher.
I need the latter.
Just the body of it. I have the two guns assembled and ready for installment. I just need the turret itself.
Please tell me one of you built the older model and have the UGWS turret in your spares box.
I tried scratchbuilding it and after many frustrating tries, I failed miserably. Disheartening to say the least.
I searched eBay completely.
I even went to Overstock.com
I went to every advertiser on Armorama.
I can't make $30.00 justifiable for a kit I'll only use the UGWS from. My SWMBO would skin my @$$.
But, if somebody here has built the early-turret version and has the updated turret just...layin' around...please, please respond.

Help!

Okay, at this point I'm willing to go with the old one and modify it.

Guys please! Help a brother out.

Sorry, I would like to help you out, but I don't have an extra UGWS turret. Unfortunately, it is nowhere near the same as the old .50 cal turret, so you can't really modify that one. Best bet may be to get one of the Trumpeter/MiniHobby LVTP7-A1s with UGWS and sacrifice the rest of the kit. They go for pretty cheap.
